Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase and find great benefit from YATA products! However, we understand things can happen! If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of a defect, you may return it to us for a refund. Only if it is unused or showing a manufacturing flaw, we will honor for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

YATA Return and Refund and Credit policy:

• Terms of return within 30 days of purchase.
• State of return must be unused with tags attached. Or visibly shows the manufacturing flaw. 
• Reason for return: wrong product or manufacturing flaw/defect
• Process a return by emailing us at hello@shopyata.com with your order # and reason for return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return. 
• Process of refund takes 10-14 business days to original form of payment. 
• Exceptions: Bike Seat Covers can only be exchanged for the same item at no charge. We cannot determine or take a risk, if this product was worn or used by the customers prior to sending back to us. For that reason, for cleanliness purposes, we cannot refund for those items but instead offer an exchange. It would be for the exact same item. If that item is not available at the time of exchange, it would be for similar value in the same category and at the discretion of YATA to determine the item. We hope you understand. 

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return or exchange to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any washed or worn items unless showing clear signs of defect cannot be returned or exchanged. As well as altered product or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
